Company adds more value-added services, products to its portfolio to cater to the growing regional demand for innovative solutions

The Dubai-headquartered integrated technology solutions provider, Netlink, today announced that it has strengthened its local and regional business operations, with a view to provide innovative services and next-generation products and dedicated customer-focused attention to its growing portfolio of clients in the UAE as well as across the region.

Speaking on the expansion of Dubai and regional offices, Mr. Akash Arora, Chief Technical Architect, Netlink said that the company’s exponential growth over the last few years has necessitated doubling its staff, restructure its business model and beefing up systems to optimize operations to cater to its clients on a 24/7 basis.

“Our expansion signifies our current growth in business in the UAE and the region, as well as our confidence in notching up higher profitability from our operations in the region. We have targeted tripling our regional customer base in the next two years and provide more value-added, cutting-edge, contemporary products and services, Mr. Arora said.

Apart from portal development and customized software solutions, we have decided to focus on the financial segment in our outsourcing business, considering the regional potential this market offers,” Mr. Arora said.

He said Netlink has created separate divisions for wireless products and services, hardware and software products including next-generation VoIP technology, small and medium businesses and advertising and events.
